Our ALV ID team curates stunning designer suites whilst our ALV management team keeps the hygiene and service standards of the suites high to ensure each of our guests that stay with us has the best and most memorable experience.
ACCOMMODATIONS
ALV’s growing portfolio boasts a variety of uniquely designed Hotel / Apartment Suites in Penang.
We have in our portfolio, various types of accommodations to suit our guests’ different needs, being Studio Suites, 2 Bedroom Suites, 3 Bedroom Suites etc.
RENOVATIONS
ALV ID & Renovation Team specializes in designing and building unique, stunning yet affordable interior designs for Commercial & Residential Properties. Since 2017, we have been designing and constructing our suites with a team of trusted builders. We have since expanded our ID and Renovation Services to commercial buildings, residential buildings and offices.
PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
The ALV Property Management Team has vast experience in accommodation operations for Service Apartments, Hotels and Homestays. Our expertise lies in providing the best ROI for Property Owners by first analysing the owned property and proposing the best commercial solution for it to maximise the returns.
COMMERCIAL LAUNDRY
With the objective of providing our esteemed guests only with the highest standards of clean linens and towels, ALV has invested in acquiring the highest quality, heavy-duty commercial washers and dryers to ensure only the highest standards of clean linens and towels.
Our laundry services are also extended to other Hotels, Homestay and Service Apartment Operators at reasonable prices.
Since 2017, ALV started as a start-up with 4 founders renting an apartment, hands-on renovating them, and listing them up for short-term rentals on Online Booking Platforms. Now, ALV has expanded vastly and steadily to a portfolio of more than 30 apartments and hotel rooms. ALV now has our own in-house housekeeping team, ID renovation team and management team.
